1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 333ck Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions are made.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active account on the Platform. Only one account per person, per household, and per shared device is permitted.
• You have not previously been subject to account closure, self-exclusion, or a ban imposed by 333ck.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 333ck services, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are aged 21 or above.
• A unique, secure password of your choosing.

You agree to keep all account information up to date at all times. Any inaccurate or misleading information provided during registration or subsequently may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 333ck reserves the right to verify all information provided against third-party data sources.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 333ck Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 333ck will close all but the first registered account, cancel any bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 333ck will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. 5 Account Verification (KYC)

333ck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333ck Platform — including but not limited to the 333ck brand name, logo, visual design, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 333ck or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 333ck.

13 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 333ck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

333ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Conduct deemed harmful, abusive, or threatening toward Platform staff or other Players.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, at the Player's own request or due to a platform-side decision unconnected to breach), the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

3. Final Resolution: If you remain dissatisfied following the Compliance team's final decision, you may seek resolution through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
